How do you work with skills development?

Each employee with us makes a long-term plan together with their manager. If necessary, we pay for certifications and training to support you in your role and your development.

Do you offer health care subsidies?

Yes, we offer all our employees a wellness allowance.

What type of employment do you offer?

We offer all our employees permanent employment with a six-month trial period. In addition, we always offer a fixed monthly salary for safer and more stable employment.

Do you have a work environment representative at your place?

What happens if I lose an assignment?

With us, you have a fixed monthly salary even when you are between different assignments. We offer our employees courses and certifications while we find new assignments for them, and that there is always the opportunity to work with us internally in the organization.

What benefits can you offer me as a consultant?
